CHARLES B. DASHNER MEMORIAL SITE

This site is dedicated to my father. I hope the pictures will bring back pleasant memories.

I think of my father as the last of the Big Bluffers. He was born in Pine Bluff, Arkansas, raised in Poplar Bluff, Missouri and we lived on the Bluffs overlooking the Missouri River in the Northeast area of Kansas City, Missouri.

My father once told me that he would have made the rank of Sergeant, but he kept "borrowing" a truck from the Motor Pool to drive the boys into town for some weekend fun.
